Lines of people waiting for buses to take them out of the city grew longer Saturday and traffic grew heavier on main highways as Hurricane Gustav strengthened into a dangerous Category 4 storm on track for the Gulf Coast. (Aug. 30)

At last consequence this land will be in a couple of decades land under, when some heavy hurricanes will strike. In 90 years New Orleans might be an island, that is easily spilled by a stage 2 hurricane.
It could be a good idea to build up a “new” New Orleans at another place. It might be better than facing year for year disgusting storms, evacuation, building up homes and surely rising costs for building flood control systems and coast protection, and last but not least avoidable casualities.

Well Just for Mr.. JohnMcCain4Prezo8 John McCain happens to be in support of the New Orleans hurricane evacuation efforts! John McCain also fought in a war to keep Americas way of living undisturbed,so that all those southern people could have the right to do just as they please.
